Milwaukee Krampusnacht Outdoor Post-Parade Show (at the Bells & Chains Tavern)

At Milwaukee Krampusnacht (Dec. 5), we will again have a Bell & Chains Tavern set up out in the beer garden area of the Bavarian Bierhaus. This year it’s a little further down the path than the pavilion we used last year. They’ll be serving a Krampusnacht favorite– the Bells & Chains dopplebock, plus hot drinks like coffee and spiked cocoa. The bar opens out there at 6pm and the Riverwest Revelers, a caroling group, are going to kick it off at 6 by singing some holiday songs.

We’ll also have our Krampholio baby bean bag toss set up! And before you head out to the beer garden, stop by the registration table and get a scavenger hunt sheet– they’re a dollar (which will be donated to Toys for Tots) and includes clues in the beer garden area).

The American Ghost Walks Krampus Parade is at 7 sharp. This year, we encourage everyone to go down into the beer garden area and stand on the sides of the path, that’s the safest place to be. The parade features the Kramous horde, St. Nick, angels handing out treats, the Spielmannszug Milwaukee marching band, dancing witches, and other holiday folklore characters. Enjoy the parade, but please don’t touch the performer’s costumes– they put a lot of work (and money) into them.

After the parade we are going to have a post-parade show in the outdoor beer garden area that features:

Spielmannszug Milwaukee
-Krampusnacht Dancing Witches (a great combination of participants from Windigo Fest, Women in Motion- Kenosha, and other dancers!)
The Courtesan and the Cabin Boy presents All Fired up for Krampus!

After that, a special set by DJ 10-foot Tall Krampus, spinning some Krampus themed music to enjoy while you hang out. See you there!
